In this workshop, we’ll explore how to release the pain we may be holding onto, whether coming from others or ourselves, not by forgetting, but by expanding our understanding. Through guided meditation, discussion, and reflection, you’ll be invited to look at what feels difficult to forgive, and begin to see it in a new light. Dr. Yu will also share insights into the psychological and physical benefits of forgiveness, bringing together both science and inner experience.
Many find that, with space and guidance, a sense of lightness begins to emerge.. and forgiveness can arise more naturally than expected.
