for College Students and Young Adults. However, all are welcome!

Life can feel like it’s moving too fast—assignments, social pressures, future worries. Mind Reset is your invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Join meditation guide Lauren for three restorative sessions designed to help you release stress, find clarity, and realign your focus.

Through guided meditation, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to:

  • Let go of mental clutter and self-doubt

  • Recharge your energy and creativity

  • Discover calm even during chaos

  • Reset your mindset toward confidence and purpose

– Reset Your Mind & Habits

  • Gratitude Sharing: Begin by resetting your mindset through appreciation, shifting focus from stress to positivity.

  • Journaling: Release mental clutter and gain clarity by writing your thoughts and reflections.

  • Habit Tracker: Rebuild your daily rhythm with mindful habits that support balance and growth.

  • Meditation: Calm the nervous system and reconnect with your true self to create space for renewal.

  • Take-Home Practices: Continue your reset with simple, practical exercises to reset your mind and strengthen healthy habits.

When: 3 Days, 1 hour each day:

  • November 8, Saturday, 6:00 PM ET

  • November 9, Sunday, 6:00 PM ET

  • November 10, Monday, 1:00 PM ET

Lauren Houtz
Lauren is a dedicated meditation instructor with over 14 years of experience, having guided thousands of individuals toward healing, clarity, and lasting well-being. Her calm and grounded presence creates a peaceful space where others can truly let go and reconnect within.

She began her own meditation journey at 21 while in college, during a time of deep personal challenge. Having faced struggles such as anxiety, ADHD, and unresolved childhood wounds, Lauren understands firsthand what it feels like to try your best yet feel like you’re falling short. With empathy and sincerity, she is passionate about helping students and others discover the mental and emotional tools that allow them to overcome, find peace, and realize their true wholeness within.
