How Can I Get Rid of Overthinking?

Let us eat when it is time to eat, and let us sleep when it is time to sleep. Let us go by nature's flow. How does it sound? It seems easy things to do, right ❓

But, for those who overthink, it's not so easy to do. When they eat, they will think about the nutrients, price, and calories, and it will be so hard to choose what to eat due to too many options they have to consider. What about sleeping? Because they can't stop thinking, they won't sleep easily. 🥴

I'm not talking about just eating or sleeping but everything we do in our lives. As water flows or the wind blows, we should be able to do things without overthinking.

The bright day shall turn dark as time goes by, but it doesn't mean it's the end of it. The leaves shall fall off the ground and rotten as the season changes from autumn to winter, but we don't consider it sad. This is nature's flow and circle of life. 🌿🌿🌿

Since the world is alive, it keeps revolving according to the flow of nature. They all keep on evolving as time goes by. And it is all controlled by our original foundation, which is non-material. There's no right or evil from the original foundation's perspective; therefore, we don't necessarily need to distinguish right or evil.

Ever since we were born, we have been adding tons of conceptions into our brain, both consciously and subconsciously. Thus, we lost our original nature; We started to discern which one is right and evil. Eventually, our original nature has been buried under human conceptions, and we get to the point where we no longer live a simple life.

For instance, when it is time to move, the mind says, "no, it is not time to move yet." When it is time to work, the mind says, "no, I don't want to work now." When we have to make the right decision, we tend to have an inner conflict about which I should decide. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♂️

The best solution is to get rid of all the conceptions and find your true nature. And you can do it when you meditate. Whether you are a quiet or outgoing person, friendly or not, and have the leadership or not, you will be the best version of yourself when you find your original nature. You will make the best results in whatever you do. Your life shall be smooth and successful.

After meditation, you will not worry even if something doesn't happen as you expected. You will still love yourself because you abandoned the conception of an ideal version of yourself, which is not reality. And that's the way you can find out the best beauty according to your style.

Let's get rid of conceptions and find your true nature to have a decent life. 👍
