• Regardless of relationship status, we as people seek to find love for ourselves and for those around us. We commonly use phrases like "I love you," however with the mind of possession and judgment we cannot truly love and embrace. A person can love unconditionally only when the self-centered mind is discarded and the mind of one's true self, the great universe, is always present.
• In this event, we will discuss the basic principles of this unique meditation practice, talking about the mind within that can love and accept unconditionally, as well as the mind we form as humans that blocks it. This will be followed by a guided meditation to release the mind that creates judgement and possession. We will have time at the end for feedback and discussion as well as any questions you may have.
