- Right now, especially during this pandemic, a lot of us are thinking more about our mental and physical health. Many people will eat immune boosting foods and supplements, but this does not always prevent illness. The best way to boost our health and resilience is to ensure good energy circulation. We can do this by clearing out the mind through our unique meditation method! In this event, we will briefly talk about how the stressful mind, which blocks our energy and weakens our health, is formed. We will also lead you through a guided meditation method to release that mind and have better health.
