About the event

  • For the new year, most of us will want to be happy. However, what does it mean to be happy? To be happy means to become the true mind, which is the mind that accepts everything at all times and has absolutely no judgments that arise from human life. That is the thankful mind, which is happy. One is grateful when one has a big mind. When one eliminates the falseness and burden in one's mind, then one can live in the true world with the true mind. Then one will always be happy, for there will only be the thankful mind. In this event, we will briefly talk about how the human mind, which blocks gratitude and creates countless negative thoughts, is formed. We will also lead you through a guided meditation method to release that mind, and find the mind that is always happy.
