Do you have some goals you're still looking to accomplish, but have not gotten to them yet? This event is for you!
For this Monday workshop, we will discuss the way our minds work and how this leads to procrastination. We tend to put things off either out of habit or because the mind feels complicated, so we will explain how to be free from this mind. We will take time to reflect and become conscious of our current thoughts through writing. We will also take time to start releasing that mind through a guided meditation, and conclude with writing out what we are grateful for. Doing this as a group is very powerful, hope you can join us!
This will be a virtual event, hosted by Main Line Meditation through Zoom.
Agenda:
- Quick greeting and introduction of reading for the journaling topic
- Explanation of the human mind
- Journaling to find and reflect on the thoughts that block us from success
- Brief meditation to release those thoughts
- Gratitude journaling
What you will need: -A pen -Notebook, journal, or scrap paper for writing
