About the event

It sounds nice to be able to escape your own mind, right? Question is, is it possible to get out of there and always maintain that state? The reason people cannot escape their thoughts is because they are living within their own mind worlds, so they live with questions, doubts, suffering and burden. If you do the meditation to cleanse this false mind and become Truth, you will live without questions, doubts, suffering and burden. This is what it means to truly escape the mind.

We welcome you to join us for a guided meditation session at our center in Ardmore, PA. This is a great time to gather, learn about the mind, and cleanse our minds in the peaceful space of our center. This event will be hosted by Main Line Meditation, guiding our very profound method of self reflection and letting go. With this method you can achieve what you actually want to achieve, and live a happy, everlasting life.

For example, one of our practicing members Natalie shared this: "Before I started meditating, I would worry about a lot of things. And in the beginning of the meditation, I had a lot of pain just confronting those memories and those thoughts that I had pushed away for so many years. But, going through the meditation, I really pushed myself and disciplined myself, so I was able to find Truth and just confront my emotions. Now I'm just less stressed and I'm happier overall. And I just want to say thank to everyone in this beautiful community and the guides, they've been so helpful in helping me push through it."

What you will need: - Masks are required (we appreciate your cooperation!) - Clothes that are comfortable for sitting for a maximum of 60 minutes - pen and paper for gratitude journal
