It can be difficult to adapt to a new routine and lifestyle, which can lead to frustration, lack of motivation or even give up! You might be asking yourself, "How can I get through this?" or "What can I do to become less stressed and keep motivated?" Meditation is a simple technique that all of us can practice daily to self-reflect and let go of all the recent events and stress that we've accumulated through our life. In this event, we will briefly discuss about how the mind is formed and what causes us to feel unproductive, distracted or stressed. We will also lead you through a guided meditation method to release that mind and be free from those thoughts and feelings that keep us from staying motivated.
