About the Event

Many of us have felt lonely at some point in our lives, especially right now due to not being able to see friends or family in person. We also feel lonely if our relationships are not fulfilling and we have many unsatisfied desires in the mind. While this feeling of loneliness happens, there is also the mind of the self which further adds to this emotion and one can get lost in it. When the mind of the self is released through meditation, one will no longer feel lonely and can have meaningful relationships. In this event, we at Main Line will briefly talk about how the mind which causes our loneliness is formed. We will also lead you through a guided meditation method to release that mind and start to feel harmony with others and within yourself. Join us!
