About the event
Taking care of one's mental health is an important issue right now, especially during this time. The accumulation of minds within one's consciousness can actually cause mental and physical illness. When we discard all of those minds and are left with the true self, those illnesses will naturally disappear as well. It is now possible! In this event, we will introduce the basic principles of this unique meditation practice - followed by a guided meditation to release the mind that blocks our mental well-being. There will also be a chance for discussion about mental health and sharing any tips anyone has. Join us!
