Right now, especially during this pandemic, a lot of us are thinking about how we can keep our bodies healthy and our immune systems strong. Many people will eat immune boosting foods and supplements, but this does not always prevent illness. The best way to boost our immune systems is to ensure good energy circulation. We can do this by clearing out the mind :) In this event, we will briefly talk about how the stressful mind, which blocks our energy and weakens our immune system, is formed. We will also lead you through a guided meditation method to release that mind and have better health. Join us!
