People often procrastinate and put things off either out of habit or because their mind is complicated. A complicated and cluttered mind can cause laziness and distraction. Once you eliminate the complicated mind, you can naturally take action. You will no longer procrastinate or feel lazy. Throughout our lifetime, we have accumulated many experiences and live according to what we have stored in our mind. When you cleanse the mind and release the built-up clutter, then you will be able to just move - taking care of what needs to be done and perform to the best of your ability. In this event, we will discuss the basic principles of our meditation practice at Main Line Meditation. This will be followed by a guided meditation to see, individually, what we have stored within our minds and start to clear away some of those blockages. Join us!
