Did you know that you can find everything you're seeking when you cleanse your mind? Throughout our lifetime, we've accumulated so many experiences and live dictated by what we have stored in our mind. Wisdom comes naturally when we meditate and release that built-up mind clutter that clouds our ability to live well and become the best version of ourself. In this event, we will discuss the basic principles of our meditation practice at Main Line Meditation, followed by a guided meditation to see, individually, what we have stored within our mind and start to clear away some of those blockages.
