About the event

  • Throughout our lives, we've accumulated so many experiences and live dictated by what we have stored in our minds. We accumulate so much stress due to the countless unsatisfied desires within our minds. Wisdom comes naturally when we meditate and release the built-up mind clutter, which leaves us stagnant within our lives, and become the best version of ourselves, our original nature.  In this event, we will discuss the basic principles of our meditation practice at Main Line Meditation with the topic of How to be Courageous and Bold. This will be followed by a guided meditation to see, individually, what we have stored within our minds and start to clear away some of those blockages.
