- Do you ever feel stuck in unhelpful patterns throughtout your daily life that you wish to break free from? And even so, no matter hard you try to separate yourself from these habits, you seem to keep following them? Understandably, this can feel discouraging, but there is now a way to change this. People inherit habits from their parents and ancestors, and they form more throughout their lives as well. Naturally, it can be difficult to overcome these habits without first discarding them. If you discard the roots of your mind and find Truth within, you can break free of bad habits. We have the method to do so! In this event, we will discuss the basic principles of our meditation practice at Main Line Meditation. This will be followed by a guided meditation to see, individually, what we have stored within one's mind and start to clear away some of those blockages.
