About the Event

It's not uncommon to feel anxious or have worried thoughts. Anxiety is one of the leading illnesses affecting mental health and can cause more severe physical responses that can interfere with a person’s daily life. A person becomes anxious when one cannot handle the mind. All of the anxious thinking and fears can be discarded when one throws away the human mind and changes to the mind of the world. The human mind consists of all our experiences and stories that we've accumulated throughout our entire lifetime. People live inside of their human mind, only knowing and living according to what they have stored within. When you throw away all of the human mind, which contains the worried thoughts and fears, then one has no anxiety and can live well because they have the positive mind. In this event, we will discuss the basic principles of our meditation practice at Main Line Meditation. This will be followed by a guided meditation to see, individually, what we have stored within and start to clear away some of those blockages.
