About the event

Let’s do it together! We welcome you to join us for a guided meditation session at our center in Ardmore, PA. This is a great time to gather, learn about the mind, and cleanse our minds in the peaceful space of our center. This event will be hosted by Main Line Meditation, guiding our very profound method of self reflection and letting go. With this method you can achieve what you actually want to achieve, and live a happy, everlasting life.

For example, before I myself started practicing at Main Line Meditation, I was a master grudge holder. I noticed that I was always thinking about how many months, or even years, it would take for me to get over something someone said, a broken promise, or if I felt like someone wronged me. While I had an awareness that my mind was like that, I had no way or method to change it.

Being in my own mind, I did not realize that I was in it. However, through the practice, as I continued to step out of my mind, I began to see that there is a whole other world out there that is much brighter. The difference became as clear as night and day.

This meditation did not just teach me to see myself more objectively but it also taught me how I can care for those around me and be grateful for them as they are. All those resentful thoughts, which I thought would never go away no matter what I did, naturally disappeared because this provided a concrete method to put those realizations into action. For that I am so grateful for this meditation and for what I am still learning from it every day.

  1. Welcoming & Greeting
  2. Stretching exercises to release the body
  3. Practice gratitude journaling
  4. Explanation of the meditation principle
  5. Guided meditation

What you will need: - Masks are required (we appreciate your cooperation!) - Clothes that are comfortable for sitting for a maximum of 60 minutes - pen and paper for gratitude journal
